Integrated Nursing Services was founded by Michelle Glenn, RN, BSN, CCM, a registered nurse with many years of experience and a professional background in critical care, case management, and healthcare leadership.

For Michelle Glenn, caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling, a commitment, and the foundation upon which Integrated Nursing Services was built.
As an accomplished Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and healthcare executive with many years of experience, Michelle has dedicated her career to improving lives through compassionate care, patient advocacy, and exceptional healthcare leadership.
Her extensive background in critical care nursing, case management, and healthcare administration has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when navigating healthcare and caregiving needs.
Throughout her career, Michelle recognized that some of the most meaningful care happens beyond the walls of a hospital. She witnessed firsthand the importance of helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving the support they need in the comfort of their own homes.
That understanding became the inspiration behind Integrated Nursing Services.
